Welcome friends!

Two new things for me this fall are deleting Facebook and part three of the bramble project. I’ll be posting more here on my website to let people know I’m still alive.

Facebook has been going downhill for awhile. The final straw was reading about Meta glasses and other privacy issues.

I know that other companies track me just as much but I’m not going to make it easy on them. I will keep posting videos to YouTube.

My guitar students might understand the pun. Ramble On is a song by Led Zepplin. A bramble is any number of plants belonging to the rose family.

Woodbine and Virginia creeper fruits contain enough oxalic acid that they are marked as poisonous to people and dogs. Generally they taste so bad that no one eats a second berry and they are toxic in quantity, not as a single berry. Meanwhile, they are very attractive to birds.

Don’t eat the bramble berries…

Part one was the planter boxes that I built a few years ago. Part two was the garbage bin holder I built during Memorial Day week. Part four will be trying to grow something less poisonous in the spring. Part five would have been poisoning myself on accident but I’ll probably grow some pole beans and cherry tomatoes.
